In an effort to maintain best booth practices, Abundant Living implements the following rules and regulations for all booths. We ask that that potential submitters read and adhere to the rules as we will not accept booths that do not comply. Observing the following points will ensure booths are exhibited in the best way possible. We appreciate your cooperation.
Application Process/Fees
- Applications to be a Vendor at Spring Fest 2026 are open now through April 1, 2026 or when all booth spaces are full.
- If you would like to pay by check, make checks payable to Abundant Living and mail to : Abundant Living PO Box 744 Fort Smith, AR 72902.
Booth Information
- Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Vendors are required to provide all other equipment needed. All food booths must have an A.B.C. approved fire extinguisher, all booths with grease must have a Class K fire extinguisher (1.6‑gallon minimum).
- All booths will be located in Abundant Living on a grassy surface. Furthermore, Abundant Living reserves the right to relocate any booth during the event if it is deemed in the best interest of the event.
- Self‑contained units will be allowed. All units will have to be left in place for the duration of the event. Units that do not fit in the rented single space will need to purchase two (2) spaces. Generators that are quiet (no more than 65 dB) will be allowed on event grounds. Any generators exceeding this decibel level will be asked to be turned off. All equipment and supplies must fit in the space allotted for each vendor.
- All vending activity must be conducted from inside the booth. Vendors are not permitted to solicit nor sell from other areas of the grounds.
- Abundant Living will not be receiving a commission of Vendor’s sales for Springfest.
- Vendors cannot dump gray water on Abundant Living grounds. Must submit plan on how you plan to dispose of gray water.
- Vendors must remove all grease from the event grounds. No dumping grease on event grounds or parking lot.
General
- All vendors will conform to and comply with all Federal, State, City and local sanitation and health rules, regulations and laws governing such use.
- It is understood that vendors and employees/volunteers are not employees of the Abundant Living. There will be no accommodations made to provide workers compensation coverage or any other insurance coverage or employee benefits or insure your activity and equipment in any way.
- There will be no access to potable water on the event grounds.
- The following items are prohibited: Fireworks, guns, knives (except those being sold by vendors), whips, pornographic material, slingshots, projectiles, laser pointers, silly string, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, CBD items and smoking paraphernalia. Abundant Living reserves the right to approve or refuse all other items available for distribution.
- Smoking is not allowed in the vendor area.
- For the safety and enjoyment of all, the following items are prohibited from the event grounds: golf carts, all terrain vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, weapons, and glass bottles.
- Please have sufficient change. There is no ATM for fair goers.
- There will not be overnight security provided and Abundant Living and Abundant Living will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- In the event of inclement weather or any other occurance that can be defined as an “Act of Nature”,that may or may not force the cancellation of all or part of the event, no refunds will be issued. A 50% refund will be given to any vendor who cancels their Vendor Application before April 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Portapotties will be available on site.
- Limited non potable water availabile on site.
Food Booths
- All vendors who are selling or giving away food items (including samples) are required to submit an insurance certificate, naming Abundant Living “additionally insured party.” This certificate must be submitted with the application and payment. Please make sure the insurance certificate reflects Abundant Living “additionally insured party,” and not just the certificate holder.
- All food vendors will be required to secure the appropriate permit through Taney County Department of Health. Information regarding this permit can be obtained online at and taneycohealth.org under forms. As a reminder, the Health Department requires that all meat products be kept in a mechanical refrigerator. Refrigeration will not be available. A health inspector will be onsite to inspect for proper permits.
- Vendors must remove all grease from the event grounds. No dumping grease on event grounds or on the parking lot.
- Vendors cannot dump gray water on Abundant Living grounds. Must submit plan on how you plan to dispose of gray water.
- Ice will not be available for purchase on site.
- Food trucks will need to come self-sufficient with water, ice, power, etc.
Set Up/Breakdown
- Set up will take place starting at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026. All vendors must be completely set up by 8am Friday April 24, 2025. At this time, the Health Department and Abundant Living will begin their inspections to ensure vendors have fire extinguishers and permits. This will also be the point when a Abundant Living representative will come around and make sure vendors are only selling the items they signed up to sell. No one will be allowed to set up before 8:00 a.m. on Thursday without prior permission from the Abundant Living.
- On Thursday April 23, 2026 vendor check‑in will be from 1:00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.
- Please stagger multiple vehicle drop off arrivals to reduce congestion in the vendor area. Vendors will be directed to vendor parking by staff directly after unloading vehicle. After parking, booth set up can be finished. As a reminder, all vehicles MUST be moved to the designated vendor parking area by 8:00 am on each day. There will be no exceptions!
- We ask that all empty boxes be broken down and placed in the trash containers provided.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to return to the vendor area for breakdown until after the close of the event and all foot traffic has dispersed and authorized by event staff. Please plan accordingly. All items must be removed from event grounds on Sunday night.
Parking
- We suggest bringing a cart or dolly to move product. Parking is NOT next to your booth it’s in designated parking area. Please be prepared to shuttle items from vendor parking areas with a cart, dolly, wagon, etc. Disabled parking is available with a visible blue hanging tag or disabled license plate.
- All vendors will be expected to park in the vendor parking area. This will include any additional cars or trailers.
